  • @downpw Do you mean this one

    button.btn.btn-default.composer-discard:focus {
        background: red;
    }

    Or another ?

    @phenomlab Another I think

  • It seem to be a btn-default problem

  • It seem to be a btn-default problem

    @downpw

    yes it’s that

    alt text

    But if you have the same for Login button, I take 🙂

    Use this

    button#login {
        background: green;
        border: 1px solid green;
    }

    @phenomlab No idea ?

  • @downpw yes, I’ve done the same on sudonix but not in front of a pc presently. If you switch to dark mode on this platform, you’ll see the changes i made to the alert message.

  • @phenomlab

    I see how to change background color, text color, border color but not the progress bar with transition value.

    It’s too fast to see the code on console

    I see this in “element style” :

    transition: width 5450ms linear 0s, background-color 5450ms ease-in 0s;

    But I don’t no what to do with this

    @downpw Seems like it’s contained in this block

    62ca02ad-f55a-42bb-84b5-0d38b3d765a8-image.png

    <div id="alert_button_1643376464937" class="alert alert-dismissable alert-success clearfix animate" component="toaster/toast" timeoutid="172" style="transition: width 5450ms linear 0s, background-color 5450ms ease-in 0s;">
    	<button type="button" class="close" data-dismiss="alert" aria-hidden="true">×</button>
    	<strong>Welcome Back  phenomlab!</strong>
    	<p>You have successfully logged in</p>
    </div>

    For info, you can actually pause the execution of Javascript as follows

    1. Open Developer tools, Go to Sources tab and keep it ready

    2. Now, go back and perform the actions on the App to get it to the state where it needs to be frozen.

    3. Click on the ‘Pause Script Execution’ button (first button in the list of buttons on the right corner of Sources tab) to pause the page.

    This will force the debugger to pause the execution, meaning you’ll see the below

    This will then allow you to expose the elements you need 🙂

    @phenomlab

    Yeah I test that and I find and modify these code :

    .alert-window .alert {

        background-color: black;
        color: aqua;
    }

    .alert-window .alert.alert-success {
        color: aqua;
        border-color: aqua;
    }

    .alert-window .alert.animate.alert-success::before {
        background-color: red !important;
    }

    .alert-window .alert.animate::before {
        width: calc(100% + 50px);
    }

    For example, what i want here are just have animate progress bar on red but doesn’t work, she’s black.

    Only me 😄

    I’ll have a look this weekend to see if I can identify the js class but I do think this is based off another CSS value and an alpha rgba used as an overlay.

  • @phenomlab

    .alert-window .alert.animate.alert-success::before {
        background-color: red !important;
    }

    I have test with white background and It seems to work.
    But the red come at the middle/end (maybe a settings CSS transition) :

    alt text

    But with black background, the red is here (we see it at the end) we see nothing at all.

    Seems the background overall the animate effect :

    alt text

    @downpw I’ve a feeling this night be related to z-index. Try setting with a high value, as this will force the animation to the front.

  • possible to delete border radius at the bottom left and right ?

    9355af8d-d9bf-40d6-abeb-84bc4e95387e-image.png

    I would like a entirely bloc with four border radius

    Possible ?
    I play with .categories>li, .category>ul>li but it’s not what I want

    I would like to move chat bubbles and WYSIWYG at the left bottom if it’s possible, I tetst with this bit it’s not perfect :

    .taskbar .navbar-nav {
        padding-right: 1840px;
        padding-bottom: 15px;
        position: relative;
        bottom: 25px !important;
    }

    @DownPW Definitely possible, yes. This will work

    .categories>li, .category>ul>li {
        border-radius: 0px;
    }
    .categories>li:first-of-type {
        border-top-left-radius: 4px;
        border-top-right-radius: 4px;
    }
    .categories>li:last-of-type {
        border-bottom-left-radius: 4px;
        border-bottom-right-radius: 4px;
    }

    Looks like this

    80e68c63-7289-4153-aac8-52a92816074a-image.png

    You could then close the gaps between if you really wanted it as one block

    .categories>li, .category>ul>li {
        border: none;
        margin-top: 0px;
        background: #F5F5F5;
    }

    That gives you

    EDIT: Possible to do the same thing on Unread page and Recent page ?

  • Other two things 🙂

    ONE

    I would like to move chat bubbles and WYSIWYG at the left bottom if it’s possible, I test with this bit it’s not perfect :

    .taskbar .navbar-nav {
    padding-right: 1840px;

    }
    Thanks for your help in advance Mark 🙂

    TWO

    I have this problem :
    alt text

    The chat windows stays in the background even when I click on it.

    @DownPW it’s possible, yes, but you may inadvertently end up targeting other elements using the same class which of course isn’t desired. Can you provide a link in DM for me to review?

    @crazycells yes, I’m aware of that. Need to fix EDIT- fixed. Caused by the same CSS that is used to absolutely position the “verified” group badge in the posts view. Amended this CSS so that is specifically targets the post stream as below li[component="post"] a[href*="/groups/verified"] { position: absolute !important; left: 8px; z-index: 2; margin-top: 1px; border-radius: 999px !important; line-height: 14px; display: block; height: 22px; margin-left: 0px !important; }

    @DownPW sure. Let me have a look at this in more detail. I know nginx plus has extensive support for this, but it’s not impossible to get somewhere near acceptable with the standard version. You might be better off handling this at the Cloudflare level given that it sits in between the requesting client and your server.

    @DownPW I see why. The code relies on the existence of [component="topic/quickreply/container"] However, this by definition means that the below has to be enabled [image: 1679077966615-aeef638f-4188-489d-a9f2-f3a26dbca9d8-image.png] It will then work [image: 1679077992245-7fb38631-e0f3-46ef-b652-00929d927b13-image.png] For some unknown reason, this is hidden in Harmony, and only shows if you select it. In v2, it seems that the <section> is deleted altogether in Persona if “Quick Reply” is disabled, meaning it won’t fire as it can’t locate that specific component. The downside is that you might not want the quick reply function, but I think it’s a PITA to scroll up to the top of the post just to reply, so I have it on

    @Sala This should look better .sidenav .navbar-brand { padding-top: 0.5rem; padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } [image: 1669026666905-e5cec20e-be36-4ee8-9129-fd11ad4656ac-image.png] You can increase the top and bottom padding by increasing the values above.
