@phenomlab It’s the same for me really I had an account years ago and then deleted it, only to get a new one years later to keep in touch with family. Even now I very hardly log on.
It’s just a glorified diary for people to put all their c**p on.
@jac Yeah, exactly. I really can’t see any point to a platform where you feel compelled to post pictures of your dinner or selfies that make you look like a fish

@jac I have the same with family members - even down to holiday dates and whey they are going. Might as well just put a sign above the door that says “we’re on holiday - feel free to break in”.

Snap mate, this is the thing that most annoys me about it. Not only that but feel free to look towards my house too whilst you’re at it
. Facebook is an absolute joke and has taken over some people’s life’s quite frankly. -

. The concept of Facebook was probably a good idea at the time for what it was, but it’s certainly a poisoned chalice and I for one don’t trust it. -

Facef*** will never change. Unless people change and demand accountability. And then be ready to vote with their feet. This, I think, is a rather impossible bar for the average luser’s to clear. Hence…
