idk the reason but the transaction got declined.
it’s the most secure bank in our country even we can’t take our own money out

it is the bank issue SBI aka : state bank of India
they just shut down all systems around 11 pm and turns on after 6 am 
and i am still a happy customer for the last 10years - they used to offer accounts for minors too
