Correct Categories

Hello,
I am wondering if I have using the correct categories when posting. It looks like a lot of the posts I started have a unresolved tag on them. Should I be picking a post to resolve them so there aren’t a bunch of unresolved posts?

@Madchatthew Good point. I think I’ll restructure these so that there is a root category called “support” where all other categories are expected to be questions. Or, failing that, I’ll remove the Q&A function from other categories so it’s not so misleading.
