@phenomlab LOL yep that is right, because there was a huge stack of them, I remember and it seemed like it took forever to go through the whole stack. Then you had to install drivers for each device. Oh the good ole days haha

Hard to believe that we’ll soon be leaving 2024 and starting 2025. Where does the time go? Frightening.

@phenomlab you’d hope they’d give their best speeds but we’ll wait and see. Coverage should be better at least, not that there’s anything wrong with it but I’d expect more 5G coverage over time.

@phenomlab That is awesome! With that bundle, can you have add-ons that people can check that will only show up when they choose a specific product? Can you also have a terms and conditions popup before they check out and if they don’t check it it won’t let them checkout but will let them save their cart? Sorry for all the questions. I looked into some of those things and I would need to purchase a plugin that is over 100 dollars for the addons and the terms and conditions one cost money as well. So if those things are included in that bundle, then that is an amazing price for all of that.

@marusaky Good post. The real issue with Flarum is that even the most minor of changes requires a extension, which is crazy. With NodeBB, you can make changes on the fly very easily, and without too much effort. There is an element of learning when it comes to making changes to any platform, but Javascript is not difficult at all once you get used to it, and there’s also extensive support for jQuery (and hundreds of code snippets on the internet you can easily adapt and tailor to your own needs) For years, phpBB used to reign supreme - now it’s incredibly dated, and always did have the most confusing admin panel I’ve ever seen.

@Sala Yes, I personally use Edge. Hated Internet Exploder (misspell intentional) but seeing as Edge is Chromium and Webkit backed, it works for me.
