Which product is the best for VPN?

I must admit it was a struggle as expected to get SurfShark to agree to cancel despite being in the 30 day guarantee cancellation bracket.

@jac I’ve had something similar to this with ExpressVPN when I used it and wanted to cancel. I think companies like this have a retention scheme where there’s a financial incentive for the operator you’re dealing with if they can keep you as a customer.
Sky do exactly the same.

Probably yes mate, it makes sense, although it’s frustrating for the customer you can understand why they do it of course.

@jac Generally ok. It was the only streaming I’ve ever done and it was so I could watch “Autopsy: The Last 24 Hours Of (insert celebrity here)”
via Amazon Prime.I distinctly recall issues trying to get Amazon Prime to work and had to use the Washington node because that was the only one out of all the access points they had in the US which actually worked.

Which I guess was why you switched?
I’ve seen it online a few times being very recommend but I did read it wasn’t the best for streaming purposes.

Sure, basically they did everything to get me to stay despite me saying I’d like to cancel under the 30 day guarantee policy about 30 times

The ranking results vary depending on which website you choose, I’ve read numerous bad reports about Private Internet Access (which I was looking into purchasing) and some that are good. It’s like all reviews, you want to see the good and the bad before purchasing but generally the top trusted ones of Nord, Express VPN and Surfshark are there to be broken, however like all things it’s a case of if one of the VPNs is constantly near the top it must have something about it that people like, or maybe they’ve been established longer.
It’ll be interesting to see how this pans out, I may just have a dabble at Internet Private Access and let you know how I go on

Thanks mate. Not taken the plunge yet, there’s many reviews about it not being great for streaming.
