I think it’s on the bottom of the box mate, will check.

@jac Yes, there’s a slide-out red tag that has the details on it (provided you haven’t previously removed it)

If you are referring to accessing the Virgin Media Hub, then it’ll work from anywhere provided you have an adequate Wifi connection

1. Plug one powerline adapter into the wall next to the Virgin Hub
2. Plug a network cable into the powerline adapter you just plugged in, and then plug the other end of the cable into the Virgin Hub (any free port)
3. Plug the remaining powerline adapter into the wall in the room where you want the router to live
4. Plug a network cable into the powerline adapter you just plugged in, and then plug the other end of the cable into the new router into the WAN port
5. Power on the router (and powerline adapters if you haven’t already)

Let me know when you are finished with that

Got this now.

This has the WiFi network name (SSID) and WiFi password on it, is that the one?

@jac If you try accessing the hub directly on http://192.168.0.1/ it should pop up with a screen asking for a password (which should actually be on the tag you have)

Thanks mate, do you require access at all? Or is this something I’m able to set up?
