    Hi,

    A little while ago there was a problem with this plugin (for me at least) whereby the cards were vertical. I think that @phenomlab you basically downgraded the plugin to the previous version not the latest. How do I do that please?

    I will try myself this time so I at least learn 🙂

    Also you helped me with the tenor gif icon missing. You have yours here. Mine is blank again.

    I can attempt to fix if you point me in the right place. As always. Thank you.

    You can use the CLI for this, for example

    npm install nodebb-plugin-recent-cards@2.0.22

    You can replace the @2.0.22 with any version you like (as long as it exists)

    Yes, the CSS for that isn’t great as it really should be using a Font Awesome icon, but uses text.

    It’s here

    .fa-tenor-gif::before {
        content: 'GIF';
        font-size: 1rem;
        font-family: sans;
        background: #333;
        color: #fff;
        padding: .25rem .5rem;
        border-radius: .5em;
        position: relative;
        top: -.2rem;
    }

    @cagatay as @downpw stated, there isn’t a native tool that will do this for you. You’d need to either develop your own or ask the nodebb team to assist which will be a paid exercise.

    @Panda if you used the Ubuntu PPA, I think this only goes as far as 6.x if I recall correctly.

    @Hari the real issue here is that I don’t think it can be used as a theme for WordPress because of the dependencies it clearly has, including its own Web server. My view here is that this is designed to be a complete development environment outside of the WordPress core.

    @Sala Just checked your site. This should work .bs-blog-post .title, .bs-blog-post .title a { color: #ffffff; } It’s worth noting the existing CSS, which uses variables like the below color: var(--head-color); These come under the :root section as below :root { --head-color: #212121; --stext-color: #000; --text-color: #718096; --wtext-color: #fff; --bg-color: #fff; --box-color: #fff; --border-color: #e2e8f0; --wrap-color: #eff2f7; } You can easily override these by using the CSS I provided at the top of this post, or you can change the underlying colours defined in the variables. However, taking this route may mean other objects are styled in the same way, which may not be the desired result.
