It is too bad in this world how AI is being used for so many bad things and how it is being used to take advantage of people. There are so many good things that AI can be used for, whether it is an individual or a society and such. It is too bad that people want to do bad things. I think that the good people that want to do good things out weigh the bad people, but maybe because bad news gets better ratings that is what you hear more about?

There are so many good things that AI can be used for, whether it is an individual or a society and such. It is too bad that people want to do bad things. @Madchatthew Yes, I think you might be right - particularly for the “nay sayers” - those who want to discredit AI completely without even considering the huge benefits on offer.

@phenomlab and you can also install AI on your own personal computer/server and have it so it can only access things that you want it to access. So you have your own personal AI that is private. You can give it access to all of the things you have written, code or whatever have you and it can be very powerful with helping you do and complete things. And then you don’t even have to worry about other people getting access to your AI data or your data being shared with others.

Although a lot of the libraries that you can download they have already done that.
I might have to see about finding a link tomorrow that shows how they install it along with the library you want to use.

@phenomlab Oh nice, I didn’t realize you could do that with ChatGPT. It would be interesting to see if with the models you can download if you can tell it to scrape a website and learn from it, or tell it to watch a video and learn from it. I am thinking no, but would be kinda fun to find out.
