@phenomlab absolutely, their step brother residing in a different Countries.

I’ll start…
Mostly Duckduckgo app & browser.
@jac I use Edge for Android, but with DuckDuckGo as the default browser. I also use a VPN on my phone and PC.
@phenomlab as discussed, definitely looking to get a VPN in the next few weeks.
Might be a silly question but do you need to reconnect to the VPN every time you reboot your computer or streaming device etc?
@jac No, that won’t be necessary. The phone and computer will just work as they will use the client that is provided. It’s a little different for the streaming TV services that cannot be configured in the traditional way (you recall in another post I mentioned about creating a sudo wifi network for this device to connect to), although if that network is readily available, it’ll reconnect with no issues.
for the last 3 years, I’m using opera for android. (built-in adblocker & VPN)
and i do not use youtube app, i browse youtube using opera, sometimes i use newpipe (opensource project)
for all my VPN needs i use WRAPP by Cloudflare for both mobile and desktop.
I use bromite on my Android phone. I like it because of it’s AdBlock filters, and selection of variety user agent.
@Sala I have to admit, I’ve not tried this one, but will 100% take a look.
@phenomlab that’s great. I know Edge it also has a feature for blocking trackers, but you will compare and choose the one that suites you
@Sala Yes, I personally use Edge. Hated Internet Exploder (misspell intentional) but seeing as Edge is Chromium and Webkit backed, it works for me.
