    Morning Mark,

It appears my site has gone down and is unable to load / unreachable.

Just setting off for work so I don’t have anything handy to check anything out log wise etc.

Sorry to be a pain, would you be ok to take a look at all?

    Many thanks

@jac From a cursory look, it seems the site is in fact up. I’m not seeing anything in the logs that would indicate any crashes either. I’ll keep an eye on this.

Many thanks mate. I tried three different browsers this morning on my phone, it wouldn’t load. When I got to work had another look still nothing. Turned VPN off and it loads 🤔

Bizarrely working with VPN now. No idea what that was about.

@jac I’ve had this happen to me a couple of times before - nothing works, and then you disable the VPN and everything works again.

Good to know it’s not just me 🙂

@jac thinking about it, this is probably related to the feature in Nord VPN.

I use Proton Mail mostly and recommend it. There’s some good alternatives here though - https://europealternative.com/category/email-communication/ https://www.reddit.com/r/NoStupidQuestions/comments/1vrrml3/what_is_a_good_email_provider/

@Panda if just seems bizarre practice to me. They clearly state that cPanel comes with the package, yet don’t seem to offer it unless you complain it’s missing!

@DownPW said in Nginx core developer quits project in security dispute, starts “freenginx” fork: Maybe virtualmin implement it in the future… I don’t think they will - my guess is that they will stick with the current branch of NGINX. I’ve not personally tested it, but the GIT page seems to be very active. This is equally impressive [image: 8ac0d197-68fa-4bd8-bfa3-87237bf8f1f4-image.png] I think the most impressive on here is the native support of HTTP 3

@phenomlab said in Domain name factors: @jac Yes, but don’t forget that Matomo (and most browsers) alike will allow you to “opt out” or not be tracked, so you can’t really rely on these 100%. Absolutely, very true pal.
