Cursor’s refusal also sounded an awful lot like the replies newbie coders could get when asking questions on programming forum Stack Overflow
@phenomlab I attempted to go to this article and got the 404 error. I find that interesting that AI refused to write code. Especially when AI is made to do what you ask it.

The 5’8" tall robot performed the first public demonstration in a real-world setting of a real-world task - in this case assembling an engine part - entirely autonomously.
The costs of small, lightweight components have fallen as artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and computer vision technology have led to rapid advances in the field of robots that can emulate human movement and tasks.

@phenomlab Lets spy on everyone’s email in the name of cybersecurity and suspician. Lets not leave the users responsible to not click on stuff they shouldn’t or to have the proper measures setup on their own devices. And technically isn’t every email potentially suspicious? Wow!

@phenomlab oh wow, I would be pissed too and would want to sue. I would think that Meta would need to pay some sort of royalties or something for every piece of literature it used to train it’s AI and then anytime the AI references that literature then royalties would need to be paid. That is crazy and I don’t believe they should get away with doing that.
Unless I am missing something here, but it seemed pretty straight forward.

@Madchatthew To me, it appears as though Meta considers itself “entitled” to take whatever it wants for free. Not how it works in this world, and it’s a liberty to say the least. Content creators have every right to be up in arms about this.
